Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail is seeking an experienced events professional to lead planning and execution of workplace events across China and APAC. You will support regional offices with timelines, logistics, budgets and templates, translating global requirements into practical local plans and ensuring successful delivery of Play Day and Company Anniversary activities.

Join a collaborative team and help shape the events strategy while working in a hybrid model with offices across Singapore and other APAC

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering workplace or corporate events across multiple locations.
• Experience coordinating event timelines, logistics, suppliers, communications and budgets.
• Ability to translate global event requirements into effective local plans considering local needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Play Day in Shanghai and Singapore hub, including timelines, logistics, suppliers and budgets.
• Collaborate with Workplace Innovation & Engagement to translate requirements into practical local plans.
• Support regional offices delivering Play Day with planning, timelines, templates and delivery guidance.
• Coordinate Company Anniversary activities across China and APAC, ensuring clear requirements and key dates.
