Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. seeks a DLP Business Analyst to support the APAC Data Loss Prevention project. You will translate information‑protection requirements into practical DLP use cases and drive implementation across multiple countries.

Responsibilities include current-state assessments, gap analysis, documenting requirements, coordinating with country stakeholders and regional teams, and maintaining project artifacts throughout the transition to BAU.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Risk, or Data Protection.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, sensitivities, and data classifiers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state assessments of DLP solutions, policies, and country requirements.
• Perform gap analysis between country DLPs and the Purview framework.
• Document requirements and translate them into DLP use cases and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with country stakeholders and regional teams; maintain RAID logs and action trackers.
