Job summary

Apple, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Business System and Process Manager for a 12-month contract to lead cross-functional initiatives within Pacific Operations.

You will define, build and roll out technology and business process solutions to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and revenue. Ideal candidates have deep experience in project and process management, SAP familiarity, and the ability to influence across a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience in project and process management. Minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading strategic projects in a global, matrixed organization.
• SAP System and process savvy; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to define, build and roll-out technology and business process solutions.
• Manage cross-functional change management initiatives and document Business Requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, 3PL Warehouse, OEMs, IS&T to design final solutions and validate ROI post-implementation.
