Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Data Engineer to shape trusted KPIs, dashboards, and performance narratives for Asia's digital and consumer business teams. You will partner with Strategic Planning and Technical teams to strengthen the end-to-end data foundation and ensure data across the regional platform is accurate for reporting.

The role covers data ingestion, ETL, data quality, dashboarding in Power BI/Tableau, and cross-market collaboration to translate business needs into data solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of data analytics, BI, and ETL experience.
• Proficient in Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL/Python/R for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
• STEM degree in CS/Analytics/Engineering preferred.
• Excellent communication for multi-market stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear data requirements, taxonomies, mapping logic, and documentation frameworks.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to maintain high data accuracy and integrity.
• Build, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with digital and consumer business users across Asia to gather requirements and manage timelines.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and ingestion workflows to improve data quality and consistency across markets.
