Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a data solutions professional to design, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions end-to-end—from requirements gathering through to release and post-launch support.

You will build PowerBI dashboards and Databricks Genie workflows that automate reporting on campaign and sales performance, develop data pipelines (SQL/Python), and validate analytics with business users to ensure actionable insights for field execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions end-to-end, from requirements gathering through to release and post-launch support.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews and adhere to architecture and security standards.
• Develop and deploy solutions including CRM, geospatial analytics, and BI applications used across markets.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production solutions, ensuring reliability and uptime.
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and Databricks Genie workflows that automate reporting on campaign/sales performance.
• Develop location-based analytics use cases, including outlet mapping, territory design, catchment analysis, whitespace identification, and outlet prioritization.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and queries (SQL/Python) that transform raw commercial data into analysis-ready datasets.
• Validate analytics outputs with business users to ensure insights are accurate, relevant, and practical for field execution.
