Job summary

You will coordinate with Risk Management, Audit, L&C, and other groups to strengthen risk governance and ensure business continuity readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Background in risk and control is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Resourceful, adaptable and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk and control matters across GM&C including KRI reporting and RCSA testing.
• Oversee Third-Party Risk Management and Business Continuity Management.
• Coordinate with RMG, GBCM, GPS, Audit, ISS, and L&C to ensure compliance.
• Support the Unit Operational Risk Manager as the first line of defence.
• Lead BCM activities, including staff recalls and tabletop exercises.
• Drive risk culture indicators and awareness across the organization.
• Provide operational support for ad-hoc GM&C COO needs.
