Job summary

WeWork in Singapore or Sydney seeks a Contract Manager to drive regional operational execution and contract governance across Australia and SEA, overseeing financial administration and centralized systems.

You will manage vendor relationships, ensure contract standards, lead budgeting and auditing activities, and support change management with cross-functional teams, traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in facilities, operations, or contract management.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi-site, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional contract governance and procurement processes across Australia and SEA.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle from renewal planning to go-live.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs; implement improvement plans.
• Drive budgeting, P2P processes, and financial governance.
• Coordinate audits, compliance programs, and data reporting for regional operations.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Operations teams to standardize playbooks.
