Responsibilities

Change Management & Technology Implementation: drive rollout of operational systems and user adoption across the region.
Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: establish standardized workflows and playbooks.
Data-Driven Insights & ROI Analysis: evaluate opportunities with financial analysis and KPI metrics.
Program Audit & Compliance: lead regional audit programs and governance routines.
Planning & Budgeting: support annual regional budgeting cycles.
Contract Lifecycle and Procurement Management: oversee end-to-end admin for ~50 contracts and renewal lifecycle.
Vendor Performance Management: monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive quality.
Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) & Financial Administration: enforce guidelines and oversee purchases and spend governance.
Cross-Functional & Partner Enablement: train and empower procurement, operations, and legal teams.
Systems Administration & Infrastructure: maintain central tools like Monday.com, dashboards, and cost trackers.
