Job summary

NUHS Population Health & Community Care (PHCC) is seeking a proactive individual to join as Regional Health Manager for western Singapore, providing operational and administrative support to Community Operations in delivering community-based programmes promoting healthy lifestyles and population health outcomes.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, staff onboarding, customer service inquiries and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery with NUHS hospitals, polyclinics, and community

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in administration, operations or customer service.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to support operational requirements on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of Community Care programmes and services.
• Perform data entry, appointment scheduling and billing of services in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update operational databases and systems in accordance with established guidelines.
• Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding activities, including access requests, equipment provisioning and account termination.
• Ensure new hires receive the necessary access rights and equipment on their first day of work.
• Ensure all access rights and equipment are recovered and terminated promptly upon staff departure.
• Manage and respond to enquiries received via phone calls and other communication channels.
• Provide professional and timely assistance to residents, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables, equipment and operational supplies.
• Coordinate procurement and replenishment to ensure operational readiness.
• Support community events and outreach activities as required.
• Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
