PERSOL Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Community & Partnership Account Manager with a sales or account management background to join our public healthcare client in Singapore.

You will drive community health programmes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives. You will organise regular meetings, design health initiatives, and use data insights to measure impact on population health.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years in sales/business development/account management.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration.
• Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to navigate challenges.
• Familiarity with the Singapore healthcare system or knowledge of integrated care models is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead the development of Community Health Plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise and facilitate regular meetings to align partners towards common objectives and monitor progress effectively.
• Collaborate with grassroots leaders, social agencies, healthcare providers, and other partners to establish robust support networks.
• Design and execute health initiatives that engage stakeholders and contribute to community well-being.
• Utilize data analysis and insights to inform decision-making and track the impact of health initiatives, ensuring progress toward healthier communities.
