Job summary

Fresh is seeking a Commercial Intern (Regional) to join our SEAO Regional Team in Singapore. You will support business performance reporting, market analysis, and data intelligence, managing end-to-end PO expense operations for Singapore and region.

You will collaborate with multiple functions to drive regional strategy, with a hands-on role in data management, analytics, and report generation. The internship runs Nov 2026–Jun 2027 and offers exposure to regional commercial and finance

Qualifications

Interest in data management, analytics, and reporting using multiple technologies.
Ability to analyze complex data and present clear insights.
Proficient in Excel and Power BI for business reporting.

Responsibilities

Drive sell-out analysis and reporting by franchise, product and POS.
Ensure timely tracking of retail and sales to target.
Manage monthly net sales estimates and variance analysis vs. Budget.
Monitor budgets progression and discounts, tester usage, returns.
Provide monthly flash reporting of sales performance with insights.
Deliver weekly and monthly Sell-in and Sell-out reports SEAO.
Own standard reports and presentations with timely delivery and improvements.
Deep dive into data to analyze sales trends and activation trends.
Deliver ad-hoc reports for HQ requests as needed.
Support planning, data collection, and budgeting templates with the Business Controller.
Assist with system data uploads and support budget presentations and strategy plans.
Manage monthly reporting for scorecards and marketing CRM; analyze brand and competitor data.
