Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Data Analyst Intern for Regional Operations in Singapore. You will perform data-driven analysis to optimise operational efficiency, focusing on resolution times and service quality, supporting cost–performance trade-offs across the region.

You will translate performance data into actionable insights, identify drivers of cost, demand and user experience, and assist AI-enabled decision-making to scale improvements in a fast-paced e‑commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in any relevant disciplines.
• Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data.
• Strong oral and written communication skill.
• Results and details driven.
• Well organised with good multi tasking ability.
• Positive, team‑player, and energetic attitude.
• Strong proficiency in Excel is a must, SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analysis to optimise operational efficiency and cost–performance trade-offs, including resolution‑time optimisation and service quality outcomes
