Job summary

Dragos, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Incident Responder to support and coordinate incident response engagements across the APAC region, translating complex OT incidents into actionable guidance for plant engineers, regional operations leaders, and executive teams.

You will lead investigations, develop containment and recovery actions, and drive improvements to incident response processes while collaborating with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizenship is required.
• 3+ years of incident response and digital forensics experience.
• Experience with ICS/OT environments and industrial protocols.
• Proven end-to-end incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support complex, high-impact investigations across OT environments, ensuring thorough resolution and post-incident analysis.
• Evaluate incident response processes; implement best practices and SOPs.
• Advance OT-focused threat hunting, forensic analysis, and remediation methodologies.
• Collaborate with industry experts, partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance incident response frameworks.
• Support customer engagements with security assessments and advisory services.
