Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across Singapore and SEA. You will lead the regional drive for Commercial Interior Fit-out and our bespoke fixtures/joinery, delivering integrated solutions to premium clients.

You’ll proactively hunt large-scale contracts, manage tenders end-to-end, and secure MSAs for regional office and retail rollouts. Executive presence and strong negotiation skills are essential to protect margins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Commercial Interior Fit-out or Contract Furniture/Joinery.
• Track record in Singapore/SEA market.
• Strong understanding of fit-out costs, spatial planning, and the production process for customized fixtures/joinery.
• Ability to navigate complex contracts and value-engineering discussions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and close large-scale commercial office and retail fit-out contracts.
• Drive growth for our customized fixture division with corporate and retail clients.
• Lead the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring competitive technical and commercial proposals that maximize profit margins.
• Secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for regional office and retail rollouts.
