Job summary

DUXTON ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager/Senior Manager to drive client acquisition, capital raising and strategic growth across private funds, VCCs and sub-funds.

The role focuses on Singapore, Vietnam and regional markets, building relationships with accredited investors, institutions, UHNWIs, family offices and private banks. You will originate new mandates, manage strategic partnerships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while expanding the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, Marketing or related discipline.
• CFA, CAIA or other relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, wealth management, private banking, asset management or fund distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve AUM, revenue and new business targets.
• Originate and acquire new accredited investors, institutional investors, family offices, UHNWIs and corporate investors.
• Develop new business opportunities across Singapore, Vietnam and other regional markets.
• Originate new fund and asset management mandates, including VCC/sub-fund opportunities and bespoke investment solutions.
• Develop strategic relationships and distribution channels with Family Offices, Private Banks, EAMs, IFAs and Wealth Management Firms.
• Coordinate investor onboarding in collaboration with Compliance and Operations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding fund updates, market developments and relevant investment opportunities.
