tmrw pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Art Director to translate briefs into compelling visual campaigns across channels. You’ll lead concept development, art direction for shoots, and ensure brand identity stays front and centre across all deliverables.

You’ll collaborate with writers, accounts and production partners, oversee craft from photography to motion, and present work confidently in client meetings. A strong portfolio and 3+ years’ agency experience are required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' full-time art direction or design experience in an agency.
• Proud portfolio to share.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AI tools.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, colour and craft.
• Comfortable discussing, debating and presenting ideas.
• Experience designing across consumer touch points and channels.
• Conceptual thinker with a view for award-worthy campaigns.
• Proven ability to collaborate with writers, account and production teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Open to constructive feedback, from clients or internal teams.
• Experience directing photography, illustration, motion, or production partners preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
