Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks an experienced risk management professional to lead regional insurance strategies across expanding Asia-Pacific markets. You will manage regional insurance placement, structure comprehensive coverage programmes, and optimize risk transfer solutions.

Negotiate terms with global broker partners, review cross-border contracts and leases, and oversee end-to-end claims resolution while maintaining policy schedules and risk profiles.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related discipline.

• Extensive experience in corporate insurance management or commercial broking within capital-intensive sectors.
•     
•     
• Proven expertise in policy placements, contract risk transfer analysis, and claims management in APAC.
• Strong understanding of construction, liability, property damage, and specialized commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional insurance placement and structure comprehensive coverage programmes.

• Negotiate terms with global brokerage partners and evaluate policy structures and cost-efficiency.

• Review cross-border operational contracts, leases, and construction frameworks to identify risk exposures.
