Job summary

hudsonmanpower is seeking an experienced Refractory & Fireproofing Gunner for demanding ARAMCO/SABIC shutdown projects in Singapore. You will perform refractory gunning and fireproofing to meet stringent client standards, safety requirements, and deadlines, while operating gunning machines and associated equipment.

The role requires 8–10 years of proven experience, strong technical drawing interpretation, and a high level of physical fitness suitable for high-temperature environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in ARAMCO projects & SABIC shutdowns (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of refractory lining, gunning, spraying and fireproofing.
• Able to read and follow technical drawings and specifications.
• Physically fit for high-temperature shutdown environments.
• Adherence to ARAMCO and SABIC safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out refractory gunning and fireproofing works in accordance with ARAMCO & SABIC standards.
• Operate and maintain gunning machines, pumps, and spraying equipment.
• Apply refractory lining and fireproofing materials per technical specs.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and site safety regulations.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and QA/QC to deliver quality results.
• Perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance on equipment during operations.
• Support shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance activities within set timelines.
