Job summary

Hudson Manpower is looking for a skilled Refractory Mason in Singapore to carry out critical refractory brick lining, gunning, and casting works per project specifications.

The ideal candidate should possess an ITI or Trade Certificate in Masonry and preferably have Aramco certification. Responsibilities include mixing materials, inspecting structures, and adhering to safety standards while coordinating with the project team.

Qualifications

• ITI / Trade Certificate in Masonry or related field (preferred).
• Aramco approval / certification as Refractory Mason (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Carry out refractory brick lining, gunning, and casting works in furnaces, kilns, boilers, reformers, and reactors as per project drawings and Aramco specifications.
• Measure, cut, and lay refractory bricks and tiles with precision to ensure proper alignment and stability.
• Mix and apply refractory mortar, castables, and insulation materials as required.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain refractory structures, ensuring compliance with Aramco safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, isometric sketches, and technical instructions related to refractory works.
• Operate tools and equipment such as brick cutting machines, mixers, trowels, and measuring devices.
• Follow Aramco-approved quality procedures, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Adhere strictly to site HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and practices.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and QA/QC team for timely completion of tasks.
