Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E. in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of permit receiver experience in petrochemical/refinery shutdowns.
  • Valid ARAMCO Permit Receiver Certification (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of PTW systems and safety regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

The Permit Receiver is responsible for ensuring that all work activities within the shutdown project are executed safely and in strict compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This role involves obtaining, reviewing, and adhering to all necessary permits before the commencement of any high-risk activities in petrochemical and refinery environments.
