Achieve Group in Singapore is seeking a Refinery Business Analyst to support refinery performance management, business planning and investment evaluation. The role blends technical and commercial analysis to identify opportunities and maximise value from existing refinery assets.

You will monitor performance, prepare management reports, assist with feasibility studies and investment valuation, and engage with suppliers, customers and government agencies.

Formación

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in plant operations or process engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of chemicals or oil refining would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports in Business Mandarin for HQ.
• Collaborative team player with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor refinery performance and expenditure, reporting to management.
• Identify investment opportunities to create value from assets.
• Support feasibility studies, process reviews and technology assessments.
• Develop investment valuation models and prioritise projects.
• Assist with commercial arrangements for refinery sales, utilities and feedstocks.
• Build relationships with suppliers, customers and government agencies.
• Take on additional business analysis and project assignments as needed.
