Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology (Petrochemicals or Pharmaceuticals).
• GCE 'O' level with credits in English, Mathematics, Science (Physics or Chemistry).
• Fresh ITE/Polytechnic graduates and mid-career individuals are welcome; structured training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant conditions and operating equipment to support smooth refinery operations.
• Conduct field inspections, equipment checks, and routine sampling to identify abnormalities and maintain plant reliability.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve challenges and optimise performance.
• Support refinery start-ups, shutdowns, and maintenance activities, including permit-to-work processes and safety checks.
• Contribute to operational excellence through effective housekeeping, emergency response preparedness, and proactive equipment monitoring.

Education
