Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and role suitability
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs across various functions
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM system and provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports
