Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Jurong East is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Specialist to manage the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

You will work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records, while building a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. This role rewards proactive sourcing, clear communication and rigorous admin discipline.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and major job portals.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability for various roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Manage offer discussions, recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
• Support HR administrative duties and other HR-related matters as required.
