Responsibilities

• Create and publish job postings on social media and recruitment channels.
• Source and engage candidates, members and clients by phone calls, networking, referrals and events.
• Guide new members through registration, payments, benefits and onboarding.
• Understand clients' staffing needs and requirements.
• Match candidates to opportunities using our automated system.
• Interview and assess candidates on responsibilities, salary expectations, benefits and suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Follow up to ensure smooth recruitment and placement processes.
• Work toward individual and team targets.
