Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is offering a recruitment internship to support the hiring team in Singapore. You will help with screening resumes, candidate sourcing, phone screening, and interview scheduling, while maintaining hiring data and producing regular recruitment reports.

This role requires a student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with no major restriction and a willingness to commit at least 3 months, preferably 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (any major).
• Strong communication, collaboration and logical thinking skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment manager to drive the recruitment process and deliver results.
• Maintain recruitment channels, screen resumes, source candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Summarize recruitment data, analyze issues, and output periodic reports.
