Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking an HR assistant to manage posting of job ads, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and matching them to suitable roles. You will assist with HR advisory, CV guidance, and payroll advisory while performing other administrative duties.

The role requires Singaporean citizenship and a minimum Higher Nitec. Working hours are typical weekdays with formal onboarding during the interview process. Salary will be advised during the interview.

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizens only
• Higher Nitec or above required

Responsibilities

• Posting of advertisements and sourcing of candidates
• Interviewing candidates and matching to suitable jobs
• Assisting in HR duties including HR advisory, CV advisory and payroll advisory
• Other admin duties as assigned
