MANULIFE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a recruitment enablement leader to partner with agency leaders, delivering structured support across financial schemes, onboarding, and incentives. You will drive end-to-end recruitment projects and infrastructure enhancements with senior stakeholders and field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or large matrix organisations.
• Background in recruitment enablement, operations, or business management.
• Experience supporting agency-led or sales-driven recruitment models.
• Ability to manage recruitment systems and data-driven performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem identification to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders and field teams.
• Working knowledge of recruitment financial schemes, incentives, or compensation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience delivering recruitment platform, system, or infrastructure improvements.
• Strong analytical capability translating recruitment data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned agency leaders as the primary recruitment enablement contact, providing structured support across recruitment financial schemes, allowances, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Act as SME on recruitment systems, processes, and workflows, including new applicant processes and onboarding.
• Translate complex recruitment data into clear actionable insights to drive recruitment KPIs.
• Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment effectiveness and scalability.
• Lead recruitment infrastructure enhancements, including lead-generation, platform improvements, compensation and onboarding enhancements, and system/process improvements.
• Work closely with agency leaders and field engagement teams to support recruitment execution in branch meetings, leader reviews, briefings, and events.
• Provide on-site and meeting-based support when critical to drive recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
