Recruitment Consultant (No need to do BD) - Gross Up to $7000

Recruit Now provide manpower solutions through recruitment and staffing strategies for human capital needs. Our team is composed of experienced recruiters and industry experts are looking for qualified candidates to join us asRecruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities:

Partnering with clients to determine staffing needs.

Posting and monitoring of job advertisements on daily basis on various job portals.

Screening resumes through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

Screen and shortlist candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

Following up on the interview process status.

Building rapport and establishing good relationships with potential candidates and clients.

Location: Lorong Chuan

Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications

Working Days/Hours: 5 days/ 8.30am - 6.30pm
