Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with a commission-based income structure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new job placements and business opportunities through telemarketing, social media outreach, networking, and other channels.
• Engage with clients to understand recruitment needs, hiring requirements, and business objectives.
• Negotiate recruitment terms, service agreements, and placement conditions with clients.
• Source, screen, and present suitable candidates across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, databases).
• Evaluate candidate experience and qualifications; manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief clients and candidates on feedback.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure achievement of company objectives and sales targets, contributing to business growth.
