As a Consultant, you will own and grow a recruitment vertical across technology and financial services, developing your network, nurturing relationships, and delivering consultative recruitment solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition within tech/financial industry; prior internship/experience is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and people-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships, uncover hiring needs, and drive new business.
• Deliver consultative recruitment solutions across tech and/or financial services.
• Source, assess, and place talent across C-level, GTM, corporate, and technical roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer.
• Deliver market insights on hiring trends, salaries, and talent to refine pitches and solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership and employer branding.
