Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is hiring to support end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, interviews, and successful placements. The role focuses on actively engaging candidates via portals, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, while closely aligning with client hiring needs and delivering strong career guidance to applicants.

You will coordinate interview logistics, offer management, and onboarding processes, building lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring clients.

• Conduct resume screening, candidate interviews, and assessment to match the right talent to suitable job opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide professional career advice throughout the hiring process.
• Understand clients’ business needs, hiring requirements, and provide recruitment support by recommending suitable candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop new client relationships, and maintain rapport with existing clients.
• Coordinate closely with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview arrangements, follow-ups, offer management, and onboarding process.
