GMP Recruitment Services (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the GMP Group HQ team. This full-time role focuses on sourcing and placing top talent for client organisations across Singapore.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build client relationships, and actively screen candidates through job boards and networks. Training will be provided, and a competitive base salary with uncapped commission awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job specification to onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to understand hiring needs.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social networks and other channels.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to identify best-fit candidates.
• Provide timely and transparent communication to clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the GMP Group HQ team. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent to support the strategic growth of our client organisations across Singapore.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job specification to offer negotiation and onboarding for a variety of roles and industries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and hiring requirements.
• Proactively source and screen high-calibre candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and skills assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Provide timely, professional and transparent communication to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment CRM system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies.
