Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning, experimentation, data visualization, and data storytelling.
• Diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technical, business, or creative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sourcing, application, and placement funnels to identify recruitment trends and opportunities
• Develop predictive and classification models to enhance recruitment decision-making
