Taptap Send allows immigrants to send money home instantly and with no fee, saving money in the process. With a formal market size of >700B alone, we’ve got a lot more saving to do for our users. We’re hiring a Recruiter to find and attract the very best talent to fuel our growth in South East Asia. This is not just a typical behind-the-desk recruiting role - you’ll be out in the market, meeting candidates face-to-face, building local networks, and acting as our in-region talent ambassador.
You’ll be the bridge between our global team and local talent pools, ensuring we hire people who will thrive at TapTap Send. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end and be the go-to expert for in-market talent strategy: calibrating with hiring managers, refining processes, and elevating hiring quality across SEA. You’ll also surface insights from the field to help us continuously improve how we hire globally.
This role is based in Singapore and may require occasional travel within SEA.
