Job summary

MANDAI RESORTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Recreation Supervisor to lead and enhance the guest experience within the resort's Recreation department. You will oversee pools, gym, and activities, and you will train and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in recreational management; experience in a luxury hotel or resort is advantageous, as are strong leadership and customer-focused interpersonal skills. Certification in First Aid/CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Professional Certificate in Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recreational management, supervisory experience advantageous.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of creating and executing engaging recreational programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred.

Responsibilities
