• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at recreational facilities such as pools, gym, and leisure areas.
• Monitor activities to ensure safety and compliance with resort policies.
• Provide information about available activities, equipment, and services.
• Set up and maintain recreational equipment and keep areas clean and organized.
• Inspect facilities and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Organize and participate in recreational activities and events for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
