Job summary

KSTAR ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service associate to deliver friendly service and promote room packages in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with bookings via phone, online, and WhatsApp, manage check-ins, and allocate karaoke rooms while ensuring accuracy and a spotless venue. The role requires proactive communication, team spirit, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years' experience in Restaurant Service/Retail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Service-oriented and team player.
• Willing to learn new software systems.
• Knowledge of POS is an advantage.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers.
• Promote room packages.
• Handle bookings via phone, online, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in check-in and karaoke room allocation.
• Ensure cash accuracy at start/end of shift.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• Promote our room package
• Familiar with POS system
• Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations;
• Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints
• Karaoke room allocation and arrangement
• Register all check-in customers
• Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Preferably 2-year working experience in Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
