Job summary

LEONIAN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Assistant (Receivable) to manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes in a dynamic environment near Redhill MRT. You will handle invoicing and collections with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include tracking payments, reconciling ledgers, reviewing documents for GST adjustments, and supporting month-end closures and audits. Collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate articulately and work with all levels internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process (Progress Billing preferred).
• Track and reconcile incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely AR ledger entries.
• Review supporting documents and perform GST adjustments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit/regulatory compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including responding to auditor queries.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
