KAI SENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Rebar Foreman to lead a crew on site in Singapore. You will supervise cutting, bending, handling and fixing rebars, set daily tasks, and drive production targets while ensuring quality.

You will plan weekly and daily work, coordinate with formwork and concreting, manage materials and safety under the WSH Act, and act as the primary interface with project managers and engineers to resolve site issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rebar Foreman or Senior Rebar Worker in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of 10-20 rebar workers.
• Ability to adapt to the site environment and complete high-intensity tasks on schedule.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be given priority.

Responsabilités

• Take full charge of rebar activities: lead, supervise, and motivate a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, handling, and fixing rebars.
• Provide clear technical briefings to guide site operations and maintain quality control compliance with design requirements.
• Develop weekly and daily work plans; coordinate with formwork, concreting, and other trades to avoid delays.
• Enforce safety under the WSH Act, conduct daily toolbox talks, and ensure proper PPE use.
