Job summary

Hua Xing Development in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to design rebar shop drawings in accordance with IFC and CBP standards. The role focuses on generating precise bend schedules, bar types, and quantities for reinforcement projects.

You will also plan order sequencing for cut-and-bend work and coordinate delivery times, while calculating accurate quantities of rebar, formwork, and concrete to support project timelines and ensure structural integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design rebar shop drawings according to IFC & CBP.
• Work out the bar bending schedule, detailing quantities and types of steel reinforcing bars, and requirements on length, dimensions, cut shape, and bend angles.
• Determine the sequence of placing orders for cut-and-bend steel bars and arrange delivery times for processed bars.
• Calculate quantities of actual rebar, formwork, and concrete.

Job description

• Design rebar shop darsing according to IFC & CBP.
• Responsible for working out the bar bending schedule, detailing the quantities and types of steel reinforcing bars required and the requirements on the length and dimensions, the shape of the cut, and the angle of bending for the steel reinforcing bars.
• Determine the sequence of placing orders for the cut and bend of different batches of steel reinforcing bars and arrange the time of delivery for the processed steel reinforcing bars.
• Calculation quantity of actual rebar, formwork and concrete.
