Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time traffic incidents via ITS platforms and sensors.
• Detect, flag and escalate incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with data and system teams to improve dashboards and automate workflows.
• Support contingency plans during incidents.
• Participate in contingency exercises and After Action Reviews.
