Job summary

sggovterp invites applications for a role supporting real-time monitoring and trend analysis of vape-management operations under the Assistant Director. You will consolidate data, track case volumes and demographics, and help with anticipatory intelligence and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in operations management, policy implementation, or analytical roles within government or regulatory environments.
• Strong data analytics, monitoring, and trend identification capabilities.
• Experience working with government agencies or external partners in enforcement contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for management briefings.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time situational monitoring across vaping case management operations and track case volumes and demographics.
• Consolidate data from multiple agencies and support early-warning assessments.
• Maintain dashboards for real-time visibility and prepare analytical summaries and reports.
• Support policy translation into operational processes and identify SOP improvements.
• Coordinate with government and non-governmental entities for case handovers and information sharing.
• Participate in duty rotations and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Provide admin support for Intergated Planning department activities and training.
