Job summary

Keppel Real Estate Management PTE. LTD. seeks an Associate in the Technical Services team to support asset enhancement, building systems, sustainability data, and AI-driven project management across Keppel’s real estate portfolio.

You will gain exposure to regional projects and participate in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and IT teams. Design/Engineering discipline candidates with a strong interest in AI, data analytics, and automation will thrive.

Qualifications

• Design and Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Building / Architecture) or related disciplines.
• Interest in AI and digital tools, including generative AI and data analytics platforms.
• Willingness to learn AI/ML concepts and apply them to real estate project management.
• Experience with data visualization and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Python) is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in feasibility, planning and execution of asset enhancement and new build projects.
• Support preparation of basic project documents (design briefs, cost estimates, schedules).
• Provide support on building systems and monitor performance to identify improvements.
• Collect and organise energy and sustainability data for reports and ESG purposes.
• Champion AI tools to automate project management workflows and develop dashboards.
