Job summary

Keppel Real Estate Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites you to join the Associate Programme, a 2-year rotation-based development track in Business Development.

You will support RFPs, proposals, and client submissions, develop pitch decks and marketing collateral, and conduct market research on sustainability trends. You'll coordinate with internal stakeholders, prepare reports and project updates, and participate in leadership programmes if eligible.

Qualifications

• Real Estate, Business, Marketing or Sustainability background required.
• Strong research, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of RFPs, tenders, proposals and client submissions.

• Support project delivery through meeting coordination, documentation and action tracking.

• Maintain proposal repositories, project documentation and internal knowledge databases.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.

This role sits within the Business Development department in Keppel's Real Estate Division.

• Support the preparation of RFPs, tenders, proposals and client submissions.
