Job summary

Keppel (Fund Management & Investment) is seeking an energetic undergraduate with an interest in real estate investment to join our asset management team in Singapore. The role involves supporting portfolio analytics, performance monitoring and market research.

You will work on Excel modelling, data analysis, and prepare presentations for decision-making, while learning to apply ESG considerations and enhance asset strategies.

Qualifications

• Energetic and driven candidate with a strong interest in real estate investment.
• 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, economics, real estate or related subject; master students may apply.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyse portfolio and asset related metrics.
• Participate in asset performance monitoring and modelling to identify improvements.
• Assist in presenting to senior management where applicable.
• Support asset management in developing and implementing enhancement and divestment strategies.
• Conduct research on education and local real estate markets, including transactions and trends.
• Prepare internal presentations and reports for decision making and ESG data collection.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
