Everton Estate Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing and branding efforts. You will assist in creating social media content, supporting campaigns, and conducting market research while gaining exposure to real estate marketing.

The role offers hands-on experience across social platforms, SEO, email marketing, and content creation within a dynamic property team based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital tools (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing social media content across platforms.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help with the design and execution of marketing materials (brochures, listings, flyers).
• Assist in website content updates and optimization.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and content shoots for listings.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
