Job summary

InternSG is offering a Content Creation & Videography Intern position in Singapore's real estate sector. You will gain hands-on experience creating social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, including filming tours, editing short-form videos, and assisting with photography.

You'll work with the real estate team to bring concepts to final content, develop content calendars and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

Open to students studying media, communications, marketing, design, film, business or related fields.
Interest in content creation, videography, photography or digital marketing.
Comfort with editing video using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and creating engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital channels
Film property tours, team activities, educational videos and lifestyle content
Edit short-form videos, reels and social media clips
Assist with photography and videography during property shoots and events
Brainstorm creative content ideas, concepts, hooks and video formats
Help develop content calendars and organise media assets
Create simple graphics, captions and other marketing materials
Keep up with social media trends and suggest creative ways to adapt them for real estate content
Work closely with our real estate team to bring ideas from concept to final content
