Job summary

Ascott International Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Intern to coordinate and manage online marketing channels, assist the Sales and Marketing Team with coordination of various activities, and provide administrative support to the Marketing team.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is familiar with tools like PowerPoint and Excel.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or other related fields.
• Confident and meticulous work ethic.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage online marketing content.
• Oversee customer loyalty program administration.
• Conduct media and social media actions.
• Assist with events management and scripting.
• Support Sales and Marketing Team with activities and giveaways.
• Assist with video production for properties.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
