Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Corrosion/Asset Integrity Engineer to lead RBI programs and assess plant integrity in Singapore. You will analyse historical data, propose techno-commercial solutions, and drive inspections for reliable operations.

The role requires 8+ years in oil & gas or petrochemicals, deep knowledge of ASME/API standards, and certifications in NDT and welding inspection.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
8+ years of oil and gas or petrochemical asset integrity/inspection experience.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of ASME Codes and API Standards.

Responsibilities

Own RBI program for the plant, identify gaps and implement techno-commercial solutions.
Develop corrosion mapping regime from historical data and provide technical recommendations.
Verify damage mechanisms and improve inspection plans based on engineering judgement.
Investigate equipment failure and recommend cost-effective repairs and material choices.
Carry out periodic inspection programs to ensure mechanical integrity of static equipment and piping.
Maintain Inspection Data Management and filing systems with regular updates.
Troubleshoot integrity problems and report on preventive/corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis of static equipment failures and drive improvements.
Monitor developments in inspection/materials and corrosion technology.
Develop leading indicators for reliability of critical piping and equipment.
Suggest engineering solutions and mitigation steps for degradation problems.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Act and applicable codes of practice.
